The following return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our website. For a change or return you can do it in two ways:

  • In any of our ALQVIMIA establishments

  • Through our website

INVERSIONES HOMIX SAS reserves the right to accept changes, returns or guarantees, prior analysis of the product, to verify compliance with the conditions mentioned below.

Conditions to make an exchange or return:

  • Inform the ID number with which the purchase was made. We recommend you present your invoice or order number

  • Products that are on promotion or discount have no change.

  • Products for personal use do not have change.

  • That the product is in perfect condition, in the same conditions in which it was received (marks and labels still attached and in the original packaging; it must not have been used or washed; without modifications or alterations to its original state).


Money returns apply only in case of exercising the right of withdrawal for purchases made through the website, in the cases contemplated in Law 1480 of 2011 Article 47 and under the conditions provided in said regulation. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within five (5) business days following the delivery of the product. Goods for personal use are excepted from the right of withdrawal.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you must assume the transportation costs and other costs necessary for the return of the product. For this, we will give you the instructions so that the shipment is made in the necessary conditions for the conservation and integrity of the product.

In the event that the aforementioned requirements are met, we will proceed to make the return of the total amount that you paid for the product, discounting the transportation costs and others that are generated for the return of the product, which must be assumed by the buyer. , without other discounts or withholdings being made. The refund of the money will be made within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days through consignment to the bank account, reversion to the credit card or in cash.

For purchases through our website, the payment made with a debit card, credit card or other electronic means of payment will be reversed, in the following cases:

  • The purchased product is not received.

  • The product delivered does not correspond to what was requested.

  • Right of withdrawal under the conditions already indicated.

  • Defective product (in case of receipt in accordance, the change will not proceed, unless it is a factory defect)

In the first three (3) cases mentioned, it will proceed when the request is made within the following five (5) business days. The consumer must return the product, when appropriate, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment method used to make the purchase of the claim, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer. , once the merchandise has been received back. In the case of a defective product, the claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the product.


For products that have the possibility of exchange, you have 30 calendar days from the purchase. The change can be made for a product of equal or greater value, in case of greater value, you will pay the difference in price. If you make an exchange for a lower value product, the difference in money will not be refunded. In the event that a credit note is made, it will be valid for six (6) months. Changes are subject to inventory availability.

Transportation costs will be borne by the buyer, unless it is an error on our part.

Promotional products have no change, except for warranty.


We offer high quality products, which is why we provide a thirty (30) day guarantee. Remember to follow the instructions for use and the use and care labels. In case of quality defects despite its proper use, during the validity of the guarantee, the product will be examined by our technical staff and, if the guarantee is valid, the product will be repaired. In case of repeated failure, at the consumer's choice, it will be exchanged for another product with similar characteristics or the money will be returned.

The guarantee will not apply if:

  • Instructions for use have not been followed.

  • The instructions given on the labels for the correct care of the product have not been followed.

  • The damage or breakdown is due to improper use, made by a third party or made attributable to the consumer.

  • The damage or breakdown is the product of normal wear and tear on the product.

If the guarantee request is not approved, you will have to pay the transportation costs so that we can send you your product again.

Warranty requests must be made, within the respective term, through the website or at ALQVIMIA establishments.
